About this Costume

When making this costume, I wanted it to not only reflect what is seen in the movie, but also be as close to historically accurate as I could get it. The skirt is made from 10 yards or so of Queensland crepe. It is a full circle and a half skirt with an elastic waistline. The chemise is simple and falls just above my knees.
