Construction Details:

I love this costume because I don't have to wear a wig! This costume was created using swimsuit material and shoelaces for the under blue skort. The over yellow dress was created around a bra, using backpack hooks, snaps, and tote back belting. The wrist bands were created using a child's pair of spurs which were taken a part and anchored onto snap on wristbands.
