Construction Details:

First costume fully from scratch. It's a lot of fun whenever I wear this, even if it is a little embarrassing showing off my butt. It's pretty obscure, but when people do recognize the costume, they're usually thrilled. I got thanked a few times, even! Swimsuit was made from swimsuit fabric, collar and skirt-thingies and butt-bow was made from plain cotton. I forgot what the sleeves were made of... The banana staff (or alternatively, disco stick) is a wooden dowel, Model magic, ribbon, and a banana. The only things I didn't make for the costume were the leggings and shoes.
