Construction Details:

The gag was thought up that myself and friends would dress as "Cheerleaders of Rassilon", basically taking the school colors of the Prydonian Academy (aka, the school Time Lords attend on Gallifrey), and designing original cheerleading outfits. I went with a classic bodysuit/short skirt & shirt. The Rassilon symbol was custom painted, and stop stitched onto the front of the shirt.
