Construction Details:

I had little time to think about this one since my friend was coming to town like the next day. XD So I thought of Articuno being in a syndicate group. I added a white collared shirt, blue tube top on top for color, a black jacket for the syndicate look, pants and boots. Of course adding blue wings ;)
