Construction Details:

For those of you who don't know Julie, she's the manager of the Bando Spiders team. She appears a lot during the Bando match. So this is my Julie costume based on mangaverse canon, specifically the Bando school uniform featured in Volume 18 of the Eyeshield 21 manga. The costume was pretty easy sewing-wise; the only things I had to make from scratch were the blazer and the scarf. I also did some alterations to an existing skirt for accuracy :)
