Construction Details:

I copied the dress pattern from the black DoA4 Lei Fang dress. I didn't want to do the bird the same way seeing as it was different in 2 than 4. The phoenix points up not down plus there was a flower at the bottom. I decided to use two different paints for the phoenix. The fabric is a white bridal brocade, and the inside is upholstery fabric with gold swirls.

Personal Thoughts:

I was very upset when my zipper broke. It was a plastic one. But I can fix it... if I feel like it. The dress was fun to wear.
