Construction Details:

The color scheme was purely inspired by the black/blue shimmer stretch I found at a fabric warehouse one day, and I decided to go with it. The headpiece is constructed in the same way I did my first "Cyber Pheasant" one, using wig clips, electrical tape, and various tubes and package ties from Home Depot.

Personal Thoughts:

Something fun for night time, since I haven't done an outfit like this in a while. I had so much fun in it.
