Construction Details:

My mom made the skirt for this one cause I was begining cosplay when we started this, but I made the jacket as my first project. She also made the blouse. And my slip even peeked sometimes like in the show. =^.^=''

Personal Thoughts:

This was originally for MegaCon 2002, but I never finished it. Oh, well. People thought I looked like her, and I love the character, so why not? More Fuu costumes to come! The Hikaru is my friend, Scandia.
