Construction Details:

I love Rosa XD She wasn't my first pick but as I went through the series I loved her more. Wanna do her purple pantsuit one day too yesss. The coat is mostly leftover from my Persona 4 Main Character jacket! I modified a blazer pattern to make it double-breasted, which was not as much a negative adventure as I thought it may be. I chose buttons that reminded me of the '80's without being gaudy (since Umineko is set in the 80's even though the costumes are somewhat neo-Victorian I don't know). The skirt is a circle-skirt of 5+ yards of casa satin to which I added a waistband. Belly dancer skirt pattern! The boots are sexy things I picked up from Target and the wig needs a bit of trimming! While I'm 90% pleased with how this came out, I do need to tailor it a bit better so I'm more anime and less VN (i.e., I need to take it in >_>). It was really fun getting to meet a bunch of people at ACP's Katsucon Umineko montage and my CUTE DAUGHTERS oh god I couldn't beat them they're so adorable bwuhhhh.
