Yay! Another poofy dress. XD I seem to like those. The cape and dress are fully lined and made from casa satin. I had to wear two petticoats and a hoopskirt underneath this give it enough volume. The staff is probably my favorite part. It's made from foam poster board, paperclay, and pvc.
