I've always loved Koge Donbo's art and when I watched Pita Ten I knew I just had to make Shia. I think I had the most fun with the hat, though wandering around cons with my staff jingling is pretty fun too.

Personal Thoughts:

Take a look at old costumes you don't wear anymore when you're gonna make a new one. I recycled a Princess Leia costume from a past Halloween to make this dress.
