I love School Rumble and when I learned I had friends going as Tenma and Harima, I though to myself, "who is another character I could be whose personality I like and who is not very flat chested" and Mikoto it was. I used a basic jacket pattern for the jacket but I may want to redo it so it is more fitted. Also, pleating skirts by hand sucks.
