Construction Details:

This was my second costume (there are no pictures of my first). I had help with the construction, and it's where I learned to sew. The uniform is made out of suiting material with white cotton home-made bias tape decorations. There's a functioning belt inside of the skirt. The hair tubes are made of wire and model airplane wheels.
