Construction Details:

It was my first time making a sailor collar, thanks to my friends that helped me one making the collar! The sweater was a goodwill find, it was perfect. Made the skirt, and might need to remake it as needs more pleats. Everything else was bought to complete the cosplay The glasses were cheap reading glasses that I popped out the lenses and then spray painted them red. :)
