Personal Thoughts:

Unfortunately this costume never saw the light of day because I accidentally made it too small in the chest. The only reason it is staying on in these pictures is magic. Hopefully someday I'll get the chance to re-make it. The wig was a lot of fun to make too. Chibiusa is my favorite in Sailormoon.
