Construction Details:

I bought the skirt and a pair of pants that used the same plaid pattern and made the leg warmers out of the pants. The jacket and shirt were bought and altered.

Personal Thoughts:

It was very last minute and I didn't have a lot of money to work with, so it's missing all of the little details. I ended up not wearing it anywhere, because the only Halloween party I had been invited to was a church dance thing, and all costumes needed to be modest, so I wasn't about to wear a miniskirt there.
