About this Costume
- Construction Details:
-
Made everything that I could make pretty much. Top hat with hand-colored feathers, long jacket properly lined with red brocade, capelet, neck/collar thing, extra-frilly cravat, gradient dyed skirt, pants. (And I even altered my shoes, but I tore that apart before I got any pictures of it). Sleeve cuff fabric matches the neck/collar. Skirt and shirt matches. All the lace matches as well.
- Personal Thoughts:
- This costume is hard on a completely different level of Johnny. Johnny was hard because I needed to alter the heck out of my patterns to make it, while Chopin was just ridiculously intricate and had so many parts to it that I had to make in one month. Thanks to Jen for being my Count Waltz pair~
