Construction Details:
Always wanted to do a cosplay of Yamcha, my favorite DB character even though he's not that popular. Plus, I coudn't resist. ^__^

This one was much easier than Anthy. The pants, the only thing that wasnt made, was bought from a sweatshirt sporting store. The vest was made from the same pattern as Anthy's vest, except it didn't needed to be adjusted since it was a crossplay. Dark green egyptian cotton was used for the vest and red trim for the outside parts. The kanji symbol, which means "music" or "happy" in Japanese, I looked at how the kanji symbol was drawn by Akira's Toriyama's interpretation. It was made out of a red cotton with white cotton backing and red trim.

Puar was made with some furry cotton (cant remember the name but Jo Ann's no longer carries it, I think) of light tan and dark blue. It was more done by the manga version, color wise, not the anime version. Eyes, nose, mouth, etc was made with black.

Sword (which Yamcha carries early in the series) was made out of wood and spraypainted gold. I did have a sheith to go with it but it ended up being heavy. Plus, most of the time, Yamcha just carries his sword anyway in the series (well, the early part of Dragonball to be more precized, not Z or GT). ^^

Wig, bought from an ebay seller, that was a human hair wig from Japan, and I really didn't have to style it that much in the back. Mostly the front, bangs, and sideburns.
