I recall a while ago Jugglesgeese and I joking about how I should cosplay Gracia for her, so when I heard she was retiring the costume I realized it was now or never! I bought and altered a dress from "Sal-vo," stole a sweater from my mom, and grabbed an appropriate wig out of my closet, and tada! Gracia Hughes.
