Construction Details:

Complete remake from my old one. Everything (except the wig) is brand spanking new. I got to use a lot of new techniques from my recent semesters at school, which was really fun. Plus it's a million tiny pieces of costume.

Personal Thoughts:

I've wanted to remake this costume since pretty much forever. When Ambrosia said she was doing Sailor Neptune for Otakon and Kairi G said she was doing Pluto I decided to just do it. I'm really happy with this version, really happy.
