Construction Details:

Made for the Yume Cup competition at NYAF 2009. I drafted all the patterns myself. It was my first cosplay installing a zipper, and I have a functional pocket for my apron and I also finished all the seams.

The duster was made of scrap yellow fabric, a flag pole (My apologies to the Japanese) and wire I had laying around my house. For realisticness I dirtied the duster by dragging it along the floor (in NYC), stuck it inbetween some poles and had my Hetalia peeps step on it as well. XDDDD

My favorite part of this cosplay is the dress itself. The skirt part is so flowly and I love twirling in it so much. Overall I'm extremely proud of my work for this cosplay.
