Construction Details:

Hacked up a sweater and knit the neck part...at the time it was basically impossible to find sweatshirt material! If I ever remake this I'll definitely do the top from scratch. The om was done with copper simply spray fabric paint. I totally forgot to make the hat until the day of the con, so I had to whip it out in like half an hour! It was ridiculous.

Personal Thoughts:

I was wanting to do a Phoenix Wright cosplay and Ini was perfect! It was great having PW fans get excited to see an underrepresented character. Probably my favorite wig out of my costumes, too. It's just so giiiiiiiirly.

Styling Notes

This thing is seriously a helmet at this point. There's some batting in the back of the curl, rest is held together with bobby pins and hairspray. I eventually added the ahoge by shaping some of the extra fibers from trimming the bangs and sticking it through the wig's cap with a tapestry needle.
