Construction Details:

Character: Peggy is a former Liberian that joined the crew of The Narwhal after deciding there was nothing left for her after the deaths of her Husband and daughter. Constriction: Surprisingly I had most of my premade items in my closet. The corset was bought at the local renaissance fair, the shirt I had owned for some time, and the belt was bought last year. I hand dyed the thigh high leggings, and made the skirt from a Vogue pattern I had since 2003. The Pill box hat was made form an online video I found on YouTube. The chain on the skirt was bought for a penny at a costume jewelry store, and the resin jem on the hat was made by Laina bug along with the gear cut out.
