Construction Details:

Since the complimenting Freya designs had lace in her hair, I added it to Chii's side as well (plus it hides headband ^_~)

The skirt is best part of the dress! Flows beautifully from mini-length front to long in back. It always annoyed me how most cosplayers had the skirt be so unevenly "chopped" in length. It gradually changes length people!
