Construction Details:

The jacket is stretch suiting and the skirt/ruffles is kona cotton. The skirt is my favorite part. Never could find a fabric I liked for the tie, so I just used leftovers (with not so great results). Bangs aren't cut here, but they will be before I wear it again (couldn't find Lauren in time). And I'll possibly remake the jacket. Maybe I can get my ruffle foot to work again (I think it went on strike after making the ruffles for the skirt). Since it is all white, every bit of it is lined. Oh and since this was a friend's favorite part: I cheated on the sock portion sticking out. They don't go all the way down, only about 3 inches. Made from leftover stretch knit from my Heroes Cheerleader costume, and for once, something on my leg didn't start sliding off!
