About this Costume
- Construction Details:
-
They fabrics are a poly/cotton blend. Oh where to start, the pants were from a simple pajama bottom pattern and I cut them shorter and put elastic on the bottom and then cut out white squares and sewed them on. The vest was from a vogue men vest pattern, and I had to make my own diagonal checker pattern fabric with two different fabrics and quilting them together, that took some time, since it was first time doing it. And the jacket was from the same simplicity pattern that I used from my Lambo and Minato jackets, I just had to add a full lining, diamond and trim. Oh and I made the spats following tutorial on ThreadBangers.
- Personal Thoughts:
- I love the circus arc, the best arc in the manga, I wish it was in the anime. Diamonds and squares, ugh there were so many, I had to undo one side of the pants because it was uneven, that was a pain. Oh why do the cool characters have the hardest design?
