Personal Thoughts:

I'm an avid Spidey fan, but since I can't really dress up as Spidey considering he's a guy and I'm not, I did May "Mayday" Parker's black suit outfit from Spider-Girl which is not as epic as Spider-Man, but it'll do. So no, its not female Venom, female Black Carnage or any other variants.
