Construction Details:

This costume was another of those spur of the moment ideas which usually turn out to be my best. As soon as I finished the series I decided I was going to cosplay as Louise in time for my next Con-- which was in 2 weeks.

For the costume I made the pleated skirt with no pattern. I had the cape pattern from long ago and it was still as bad as it was the first time I made it except this time was probably worse due to the heavy fabric used. That cape made me so angry. The material was heavy and slick, and slid everywhere! I added the slick lining which made it even heavier. But it turned out really well and was worth all the irritation!

Sadly, My wig came the day after we left for the Con but everything else was finished. Oh well, it's a costume for next year already finished! Like that's ever happened before. :3
