Construction Details:

I made this because somebody gave me some green fabric and a matching zipper. I found the matching thread in a box of sewing things somebody else gave me and the scarf in a bag of clothes someone else gave me. I bought the cheapest white fabric I could find and some white bias tape to finish the top. I used a pleated skirt pattern I already had. The costume ended up costing me $6.
