Construction Details:

The base skirting is made from mismatchihng layered circles that are then covered in pieces of pastel blues, purples, teals, and white material. The top pieces of material are serged off and then tacked on to give more body and flow. The top itself is made out of a very light mint casa and is fully boned. The front panel is a piece of white bridal material that is hand painted to accent the pattern in the material. Around the top and bottom of the top layers of light purple lace have been added and then outlined with pearls. The wings are made with a wire base and covered with iredescant materials. These are then outlined and accented with gold and pink sequins.

These wings are made with a sturdy wire base that is covered in an irredescant lame. The frame is then covered with ribbon and then trimmed with lots of gold and pink sequins to make it really pop.
