Construction Details:

I made everything except the stockings and shoes. Its not 100% accurate, but Its close. I decided to do this about two weeks before the con, And only stared two days before! Some parts are scavenged off other costumes like the bodice.

Personal Thoughts:

This was my first CTcon, and I was going down to work at the AAC table, so I wasn't going to make anything new, but then I just had to!!! I have been on such a Pandora Hearts kick! I love Lotti and just had to be her just once!
