Made originally for Youmacon '08. I was convinced by my friend to watch Gurren Lagann after being told about its epicness. She really wanted to be pre-timeskip Viral, but I wanted to be Commander Simon, since Simon is my favorite, but I didn't think I'd be able to pull of pre-timeskip Simon. So despite the time-inconsistency between our costumes, I really love cosplaying TTGL with her. The part that makes me laugh the most is I made my shoes with 2-3 inch sandals that I covered in fabric, so that I'd be taller than her ^^;.
