Construction Details:

I love the character Hinata from Naruto - and I've wanted to cosplay as her for a long time. But I wanted to do something a little different than Hinata's normal timeskip outfit. So I chose this one! Her "date" dress from the Naruto Shippuden Ending (and from the Shippu! Konoha Gakuen Den special) is a bit obscure. Only die hard Hinata fans will recognize it, I think. ^_^;
