Construction Details:

The Millefiore shoulder pads, first version, were made out of bra pads. The second time I attempted it? Resin and craft foam. That's what we call-- a step up! The pants, having to be ridiculously tight and bottomed with what can only be called 'leather leg warmers' were made out of breathable cotton, while the shoes were an amalgamation of stockings and slipper, to get an unbroken white with no heel.
