With this costume, I learned that fuku are misleadingly difficult! However, as Hotaru & Chibiusa are one of the cutest little loli pairings ever, my girlfriend and I were determined to make it work anyway. There's still a lot we want to improve on these costumes before they're 100% done, but we're happy with them for now!
