Construction Details:

TIGHT. OH SO TIGHT. The reference pic showed Miku with a TINY ass waist so I made the waist of the dress a inch(or two) smaller... and oh god I couldn't bend, not that I want to anyway, I would be flashing someone if I did. But at least it forced all the extra fat into the front so I kinda looked like I had boobs.

The boob part of the dress was kinda trial and error, just keep fixing until it looks right. Or something. Still need to decide how I wanna do her back. First time making puffy sleeves, thanks Kira, for the pattern. And the clevage is just a illusion.

Styling Notes

The wig is special ordered from KIDS-Charissa, and just my luck, they put on the style I needed right after I got mine in the mail (actually, I suspect mine was their prototype or something.) And I still can't decide what shoes go with the cosplay XD And I don't know WTH is going on with the wig, it takes on different shades depending on the light source.
