Construction Details:

this was a fun and simple costume to do. I actually had it finished months before the con but didn't wear it until day 4, I'm missing my paper fan though :( Skirt and bow were made by me. Shirt was bought and modified. shoes were bought white and painted. Wig was bought off ebay and styled by me.
