Construction Details:

Everything was made by me except for the gems. My friend Bert Minh made all of them for me, Umi, and Fuu, too! ^__^ So happy to finally finish it. Was suppose to wear it for Fanime, but didn't happen.

Personal Thoughts:

I've always wanted to be Hikaru, and this is one of my favorite outfits of hers! I've never worn a pinkish wig before, so I really enjoyed a the different look from the usual colors I wear. ^^
