Gundam Wing was my first anime, so naturally it holds a special place in my heart. I always loved Dorothy in all her gaudy splendor, but I wanted to do one of her alternate outfits, so the black dress was born. If you ever want a cosplay you can go completely incognito in, this is the one...I didn't have a single person recognize the outfit.
