Construction Details:

Easy cosplay right? All you need is a shirt, hat and a tie. A shirt that I dyed twice in plastic bag to get the right color and dyed my sink and tub blue. A tie that I could not find the right color off so I got a white one and painted it to the correct dull yellow shade. The hat I made slightly bigger for my head just so it would still stay on my head with a wig on without choking my brain. And the hat ribbon was painted to have accurate colors and stripes. The wig is the same one I used for Ikuto, so I wasn't going to cut the long bang (too much.)

The prank glasses was actually found on the ground in the parking lot, so I took it. It's kinda canon anyway.
