Construction Details:

This costuuuume, lol. I looove it! Hat was made from a Green Pepper pattern, (F873), shorts were made from a pattern I can't currently locate. The stripes were painted on. The belt buckle is made out of craft foam reinforced with mod podge. The tights are hand painted, they were originally all yellow and from welovecolors.com. I did not make the jacket, I found it on eBay. It is gloriously hideous.
Also darn it I need to stop forgetting the eye piercing!
