Costume completely made by myself in 1.5 weeks. Cheese kun is also made by myself. Completely made by myself in a frantic week and half of moving and sewing. Cheese kun is also made by me in a night. All fabrics and materials purchased from Hancock Fabrics. Patterns by myself, which took a long time. There is an invisible zipper in the front that zips down partway to be accurate, and a side separating zipper so I can slip in and out of the costume. The fabric type is some kind of black and maroon shiny thin non stretchy upholstery fabric I got for cheap at Hancock Fabrics, they're easy to sew and gives a nice subtle sheen. The Black Knights logo is handpainted with a mix of fabric and acrylic paint for thickness. I started out with a stencil that I labored over to be perfect, but it was a bit small and the paint smudged out of the edges, so I painted the logo a bit larger. The easiest part of this costume was probably sewing the long maroon strips for the belts on the hips and the armwarmers. Also cutting out the gold pleather pieces for the belts and gluing them on. Buying buttons and sewing those on were also very easy, but the button in the back likes to catch my wig, icl. Hard parts: Patterning (I'm a noob), pinning things took so long (but it all looks so good in the end), attaching the top "bib" part that was edged in gold bias tape to the outfit, sewing three belt loops to the back of the dress for the belts, figuring out the collar, and just in general sewing the whole thing. The wig is a moss green wig bought from eBay (not cosplaywig or cosworx, lol). Eyebrows done with green artist marker directly applied over the eyebrows. White shorts bought from a cheap clothing store. BOOTS: I get a lot of questions on these. They are white thigh high boots bought from Electricboutique.com. I didn't do anything to them, just painted the gold on the toes and the knees, which chips a bit. They have a 3.5 inch stiletto heel, and to save myself from pain I inserted gel soles, which really really help a lot. @_@;;; The gold bias tape was bought from Hancock, as well as the gold leather stuff (came in long strips that i cut up for the belts). The maroon belts are attached by hook and eyes in the front
