Construction Details:

This is over 35 hours of work and about $200 in materials. But in the end, it was all worth it. My Sakura was the same in time and money, but we felt we looked very nice together. We wanted to do something that we hadn't seen before, and when we saw this splash page, we fell in love with it. We wandered A-kon for two days in these and had so many pictures taken that my eye that wasn't covered was pretty much blind! I'm so happy with the results that I can't wait to wear it again. When winter comes around, that coat is going everywhere! I felt I accomplished my goal of looking more like Fai when some of my co-workers saw the pictures and didn't realize for a while I was the one in the eye patch. They said they thought it was a guy I made the outfit for posing with my friend! Just thought I would update with a picture my brother took of me out in the snow. It was a perfect setting to be Fai.

Styling Notes

All I had to bother with on this wig was pull it into a low-set ponytail and tie a ribbon around it. EASY!
