Construction Details:

took a shirt from goodwill and cut it up, pinned it back together for a little more visual interest, and added felt wings. I made the head band, and wore a white petty coat over a skirt.

Personal Thoughts:

This was done real quick for a one day event I went to with a friend. I still had lots of fun with it, and its a good dance outfit!
