Construction Details:

This costume was made by Yeu with some additions and modifications by me. I styled the wigs, made the golden barrettes, made a new symboled sash for the flower, added the darker pink petal insets to the flower, added the straps to the sandals, and modified the dress and skirt to be fitted to my size. I love Gurren Lagann! Nia is such a sweet character, even though she is naive she is also strong in her own way.

Personal Thoughts:

This costume is always so much fun to wear - it's cute and pink (my favorite color), and at the time I first wore it, I had been doing a lot of crossplay so it was a welcomed change.
