Ever since I first saw Sailor Moon S, I've wanted to make this costume. But in the beginning I knew I wasn't ready to tackle it so after gaining a few years of costuming experience, I was finally ready to tackle it. So obviously, this is the firstever fuku I made. I really wanted the sleeves to be stiff and thanks to my friend LadyUtena, that became a reality. The back bow was conceived thanks to the sleeve advice and it ended up being super duper pointy and butterfly-like, just how I wanted it to be! ^_______^
