Construction Details:

This stripe fabric was very hard to find, and I looked everywhere for it (all over down town fashion district). The only place they had it was in one of the most expensive stores, so it was hard on my wallet but worth it. Altered a hoop skirt to give the bottom and top more poofy look. Used 6 yards of green ribbon, I believe? Staff is super light weight. It's made out of mache star pieces, foam cirle, dow rod, and model magic. XD I had a hard time trying to pattern this because I didn't want to mess up, and I wanted to try to match the stripes as best I could. I ended up using more of it to gather. The dress is lined top to bottom~ Overall, this outfit has a lot of gathers!

Personal Thoughts:

I had this done for a while, and I wanted to get out and wear it so bad. But I've been sick, started school, and been working too much. I'm happy with it. ^^ I'm selling this costume now! This includes dress, accessories, shoes, hoop skirt, etc except for the wig! Costume fits bust size 31.5-33" Waist- 24-26" Hip- 36"
