Construction Details:

My first costume that I don't have to wear a wig with until this summer when I will have my hair cut.

This Wasou (japanese style) kimono part needs more works so it is not finished. Also Hijikata doesn wear hakama in the ordinary way such as ichimonji musubi. So his special obi issue has to be solved and too many parts are missing anyway...but wearable enough with safty pins (!!).

Hakama is not right but I never wanna go through that again so it will stay this way.

I am planning to do one more versions of Hijikata outfit, that will be made from this fall and it will be yousou (western clothing version). I might do Hajime Saito kimono for Takerya_Hagi in between....may be....
