Construction Details:

the wig was bought from ebay. the shirt was found at goodwill, painted, and altered the bow is made of scrap red fabric, heavy intefacing, and a home made brooch (NOT made by me) the skirt was made of 2 yards of blue fabric. i made the pattern by taking my cheerleading skirt pattern and doubleing the length, i then made a small bow for the back. shoes and sock from my closet earings from claires' yay i can finaly be sailor moon properly! erm.. usagi i mean.. yay i can be a "clutzoid" (darn you english sailor moon and your termanoligy!)
